Job summary

Citrus Elite Recruitment Ltd in Castleford is seeking a Paraplanner for a 100% on-site role, supporting independent financial advisers with suitability reports and documentation for pensions, investments and tax planning.

Ideal candidates have Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or studying) and prior paraplanning/financial services experience; strong analytical and regulatory knowledge are key. Salary £40k‑£45k plus pension and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or actively studying for it.
• Experience in paraplanning or financial services support.
• Familiarity with UK regulatory requirements (FCA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendations for personal finance solutions.
• Assess client information and conduct product/fund research.
• Maintain accurate client records and liaise with providers and admin.
• Model financial scenarios and draft client documentation.
