The main purpose of the role:

• To support and assist financial planners in delivering bespoke solutions to clients as part of the financial advice process.
• To collate and interpret client information and contribute to the formulation of suitable strategies to meet client objectives.
• To prepare suitability reports reflecting the proposed strategy.
• To help manage client relationships and handle calls politely and professionally.
• Liaising regularly with advisers, working on cases, and providing updates.

In order to apply, you will need to have:

• Good knowledge across all advice areas (investment, pensions, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good understanding of the financial planning process and the financial services industry.
• Excellent report writing skills and high technical knowledge.
• Level 4 qualification.
