An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm based in the North Liverpool area. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the chance to work with a team of Chartered professionals in a top 100 IFA firm.
The Role
The Paraplanner will play a key part in supporting Financial Planners in delivering high-quality advice to clients. This includes conducting in-depth research and analysis, preparing suitability reports, and helping formulate financial plans aligned to clients' needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and analysing financial strategies and products to support client recommendations
Preparing suitability reports and supporting documentation
Producing cashflow modelling and compiling financial data
Liaising with product providers and ensuring smooth follow-up of client requirements
Supporting Financial Planners with client presentations and annual review processes
Maintaining a high standard of compliance in line with regulatory requirements
Keeping up to date with legislative and industry changes
Requirements
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
At least three years’ experience in a financial advice practice
Minimum of one year paraplanning experience
Strong understanding of financial planning principles, products, and compliance standards
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings
