Senior Recruitment Professional - Financial Services

A highly respected boutique firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Northwich is looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to support their continued growth. With over £300M of Funds Under Management and a strong, sustainable business model, the firm offers a stable and rewarding environment for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial services administration who is looking to develop their career and work towards becoming a Paraplanner. You will join a close-knit, professional team and work alongside experienced Advisors and a Senior Paraplanner, gaining valuable technical knowledge and client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the advisory team
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to progress business efficiently
  • Assist with research, suitability reports, and technical analysis
  • Work closely with the Senior Paraplanner to learn and develop in the role
