Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management firm in Leighton Buzzard that is looking to hire a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who is also willing to advise a bank of clients.

This role offers hybrid working: 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Remote working options are also considered.

The company is a highly professional, client-focused financial planning practice based in Leighton Buzzard.

They are seeking a qualified Financial Paraplanner to join their team.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and will support the financial advisers and the existing administration and paraplanning team in all client servicing matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing paperwork (including research and liaising with providers) for meetings on behalf of the Financial Adviser.
• Producing Suitability Letters promptly upon request.
• Communicating directly with clients via verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions.
• Checking compliance documentation to ensure client files are current and complete.
• Liaising with the administration team regarding new business processing, providing clear instructions, and monitoring case progress.

Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma qualification or actively working towards it, with at least 2 years of paraplanning experience.
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial wellbeing.
• Experience with MS Office, Intelligent Office (or similar), and research tools such as O&M and Dynamic Planner. Experience with Cash Flow modelling tools is a plus. Training will be provided if needed.
• A positive 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
