Job Description:

Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced Valuer to join them in the Leighton Buzzard area.

You will be given the flexibility to work from home, manage your own diary, and provide an end-to-end service for your customers from valuation to the completion of the sale.

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays on a rota basis
• Work from home

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:

• Up to £27,500 basic
• High earning potential
• Ongoing training and support
• Guarantee whilst building your pipeline
• Experience in property sales
• Motivated and driven
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer include, but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers' properties
• Acting as a brand ambassador in an allocated territory
• Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey
• Building relationships and being the customer's key contact during the sales process
• This role is similar to self-employment but under full employment
