Job summary

Rathbones Group Plc in London is seeking a Paraplanner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide high-level paraplanning support, understand client needs, and craft appropriate advice solutions aligned with the wider business objectives.

You will support Financial Planners, manage the ongoing client service strategy, and deliver compliant, timely work while developing client-facing skills and utilising Xplan, RID and Voyant within governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Has achieved Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years as a Paraplanner
• Experience of working with centrally devised tools, templates

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level paraplanning support to Rathbones Financial Planners and craft suitable advice solutions.
• Assist in managing the client service strategy and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Create high-quality, compliant, timely work to support colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver results and continuous improvement.
