Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking a Paraplanner to join our Guildford team. You will work closely with the Head of Advice to develop bespoke client reports and financial planning strategies, including cash flow models and investment considerations.

You will analyse client requirements, prepare recommendation letters, and support back-office processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and discretion with client data.

Qualifications

• Paraplanner role handling technical planning tasks and reports.
• Experience with trusts, IHT, pensions, or investments preferred.
• Level 4 Diploma in Paraplanning desirable but not essential with experience.
• Strong written English and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full analysis of client requirements and develop cash flow models.
• Create and communicate financial planning solutions with written reports.
• Prepare letters and reports, liaising with administrators and advisers.
• Lead client review preparation and investment performance reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships via calls, letters, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate with staff to prep applications and ensure clients are updated.
• Collaborate with solicitors and accountants to implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance in processing business and client data.
