Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a Paraplanner in Guildford to support financial consultants with research, reports, and compliance. You will prepare high-quality suitability reports and perform whole-of-market research across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.

The role focuses on accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with compliance and business support teams. You will mentor colleagues, keep CPD up to date, and maintain internal case progress while ensuring client

Qualificações

• Proven paraplanning experience across pensions, investments and protection.
• Strong technical knowledge in holistic financial planning (IHT, Bonds, Trusts, AIM, Drawdown).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and provider systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse FactFinds and meeting notes to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Draft holistic suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, Bonds, Trusts, AIM and Drawdown.
• Liaise with providers to obtain accurate policy information.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant for processing.
• Maintain internal systems to reflect real-time case progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with consultants, compliance and business support teams to enhance service quality.
• Mentor colleagues in specialised areas and share knowledge.
• Keep CPD up to date with market developments.
