Job summary

St James's Place practice in Knutsford is seeking an experienced SJP Paraplanner to support technical cases and junior colleagues. You will work on pension, investments, tax and trust cases, and participate in client meetings and company events.

Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, researching investments, analysing client data, maintaining reports, liaising with clients and providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and tracking case progress.

Qualifications

• Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and trusts.
• Experience supporting financial planners and junior colleagues.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial planning processes.

SJP Paraplanner

Location: Knutsford Cheshire

Salary: Up to £55,000

Duration: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid

We are working with a well regarded St James's Place practice based in Knutsford who are looking to bring on an experienced SJP Paraplanner to work on the complex technical cases within the practice and help support junior colleagues.

The role will allow for you to work on a wide range of pension, investments, tax and trust cases as well as getting involved with client meetings and company events.

Key Responsibilities for the Paraplanner:

• Assist financial planners in preparing financial plans, investment strategies, and recommendations.
• Conduct research on investment products, pensions, tax, and other financial matters.
