Job summary

Cap Resourcing Ltd has partnered with a growing Edinburgh financial planning firm to recruit an experienced Paraplanner (minimum Level 4). The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary up to £55,000 DOE and a benefits package.

You will use your paraplanning expertise to support the end-to-end advice process, produce reports, and analyze provider products and risk. Strong numeracy and Xplan experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven paraplanning experience within financial planning / wealth management.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (Level 4) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the end to end advice process.
• Excellent product, provider and risk analysis skills.
• Solid grasp of regulatory and governance requirements.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident report writer with strong numeracy.
• Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning systems.
