Job summary

Recruit Wealth Ltd is a boutique Financial Planning firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner. You’ll work with a small team of Financial Planners, applying your technical expertise to support sophisticated client strategies.

Enjoy work-life balance with home working and very occasional office contact while contributing to high-quality, personalised financial planning. Salary £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Excellent technical knowledge of pensions, investments and complex advice areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and support financial planners.
• Contribute to sophisticated, holistic planning strategies for clients.
• Utilise AI-enabled workflow tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.

About You

You’ll already have excellent Paraplanning ability and enjoy the technical side of the role.

You’ll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years' Paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Excellent technical knowledge of pensions, investments and complex advice areas
• Experience writing detailed suitability reports
• Strong analytical, numerical and report-writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, dependable and collaborative approach
• Embrace technology, back office systems and AI
• Experience working within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
