Job summary

CAP Resourcing LTD is partnering with a growing financial planning firm to appoint an experienced Paraplanner. The role focuses on paraplanning within wealth management, supporting the end-to-end advice process and ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice, demonstrate strong numeracy and communication skills, and have experience with Xplan or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience within financial planning / wealth management.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (Level 4) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process.
• Excellent product, provider and risk analysis skills.
• Solid grasp of regulatory and governance requirements.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident report writer with strong numeracy.
• Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Paraplanning experience within financial planning / wealth management
