Qualifications

  • Ideally a CII L4 diploma or near completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, products and investment strategies.
  • Understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements in financial services.
  • Prior experience in a similar paraplanning role is preferred.
  • Genovo and/or Intelliflo Office experience is advantageous.

Job description

My client is currently looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Paraplanner to join their team in Chester. In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to support the financial planning process and ensure the delivery of high-quality advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assist in the development of financial plans
  • Gather and organize client financial information, including income, expenses, assets and liabilities
  • Use financial planning software to model various scenarios and projections
  • Prepare and review investment proposals and reports for clients
