Everpool Recruitment is recruiting registered paramedics for Serco as PIP Disability Assessors, offering a move away from frontline emergency care into a structured, report-based assessment role with full training.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday hours, hybrid working, and a 12‑week fully paid training programme designed to develop the necessary assessment and reporting skills, followed by opportunities for career progression and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Full, active and unrestricted HCPC registration.
• At least 12 months of relevant post-registration clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• The ability to review evidence, analyse information and produce detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conducting structured assessments and gathering relevant clinical information.
• Reviewing medical evidence and considering the impact of conditions on everyday functioning.
• Applying clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
• Producing clear, accurate and evidence-based reports.
• Complete three assessments per day while maintaining high quality and meeting performance targets.
