Job summary

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is seeking a Paralegal for the Sensitive and Complex Casework Team (SCCT) to support the investigation and progression of high‑risk fitness to practise cases in a regulated environment.

You will work closely with investigators, case officers and lawyers to progress complex cases, manage interim order risk and prepare witness statements, reports and instructions as needed, contributing to public protection and fair regulatory decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support investigation and progression of complex, high-profile cases.
