The role

The Sales and Home Ownership team provides a range of services to Registered Providers and Private Developers, including shared ownership, open market sales, staircasing, licence to assign applications, and mortgagee in possession sales. The team handles various conveyancing matters from acquisition to sales to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

1. Assisting on residential conveyancing matters
2. Supporting team members on property issues
3. Advising private developers and registered providers on the sale of new build properties
4. Advising on shared ownership schemes, staircasing transactions, and Deeds of Variations
5. Advising on right to buy and right to acquire sales
6. Managing files in compliance with firm procedures
7. Assisting in property purchases and shared ownership lease grants
8. Providing leasehold management advice
9. Building effective client relationships
10. Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures
