Overview

1. A leading regional law firm, recognized for providing excellent legal services, is keen to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal to their team.
2. Assist the residential property team by supporting solicitors/fee earners in handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
3. Depending on experience, provide administrative support, conduct searches, prepare reports on title, draft and review legal documents including contracts and transfers, and work effectively within a team.
4. Must have at least 12 months experience in residential property and a strong knowledge of conveyancing processes.
