Abacus is keen to hire a Paralegal to join the Property team of one of the leading law firms in Belfast. The firm is eager to appoint a Paralegal to support their busy and dynamic Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both commercial and residential property transactions within a supportive and professional environment.

About the Client:

This practice has an excellent reputation with notable clients and continues to grow. Their property team of qualified solicitors is expanding due to increased work and high client satisfaction across commercial and residential property demands. They are looking to add a Paralegal to their Property team.

About the Role:

As a Paralegal in the Property team, you will support solicitors in managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with the preparation and completion of contracts, leases, and legal documentation.
2. Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence.
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
4. Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion tasks.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.

You will work with a variety of high-quality clients with diverse property needs. The firm represents many sectors and industries, so adaptability and the ability to work efficiently are valuable traits.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A law degree and a minimum of 12 months experience as a Paralegal, Legal Professional, or Legal Executive.
• Experience working in a property team is a strong advantage.
• A professional with high integrity, resilience, diplomacy, eagerness to learn, and ability to think quickly.
