Paralegal – Banking Finance Team (Belfast)

A leading Belfast law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, technical area of law, supporting a range of banking transactions and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting and reviewing loan agreements and security documents
• Support solicitors in transactional matters, including due diligence
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and external counsel
• Maintain and manage case files and document bundles

About You:

• A law degree and minimum 6 months experience as a Paralegal (Legal Professional, Legal Executive)
• Previous legal experience, ideally in banking, finance, or commercial law is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A legal qualification is desirable but not essential
