Job summary

Foot Anstey in Belfast (office based) is seeking a Paralegal to join the Property team. The role offers full-time, on-site work with exposure to a wide range of property matters and the chance to contribute from day one.

You will draft and maintain letters, manage deeds, generate client reports, and support fee earners with meetings and travel. We value clear communication and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
• Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
• Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
