The Private Wealth Structuring team is responsible for designing and scaling Partners Group’s Private Wealth platform. It develops innovative investment structures and funds for institutional and private investors globally. Representative projects include the establishment and maintenance of closed and open-ended investment vehicles (ELITIFs, UCITs Part II, SICAVs, limited partnerships, and other investment funds), the design and formation of bespoke investment structures, the review of regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, MiFID), and the negotiation of customized client solutions and distribution agreements. Structuring professionals collaborate with the firm’s client relationship management, investment, and operations teams, as well as with clients, external professionals, and regulators.
Responsibilities:
- Support fund structuring and fund formation processes – light drafting, coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g., legal counsel) during the formation process, preparation of fund onboarding documents.
- Assist with the contractual setup related to funds, including distribution agreements – assist in internal tools management, coordinate with internal stakeholders to retrieve information or push forward processes, update agreements to include new funds/sub-funds.
- Support private wealth commercial initiatives – initial drafting, follow-up, and monitoring (e.g., marketing campaigns, fair treatment policy).
- Lead internal administrative and organizational processes within the team – filing system, document categorization, legal memos.
- Review and update internal process pages.
- Develop and maintain reporting on key projects and team activities.

- Familiar with European regulators, in particular CSSF.
