Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited is working with a leading offshore law firm in Jersey to recruit a Paralegal for their Litigation team. The role supports Partners and Associates advising financial institutions and other clients on complex domestic and international litigation, including trust disputes and regulatory matters.

You will conduct legal research, review and summarise documents, assist with pleadings, manage disclosure exercises and help prepare court bundles and reports.

Job description

We are working with a leading offshore law firm based in Jersey for a Paralegal to join their Litigation team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, supporting Partners and Associates who advise financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals on complex domestic and international litigation matters, including trust disputes, insolvency, fraud, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration.

The role will involve conducting legal research, reviewing and summarising documents, assisting with drafting pleadings and correspondence, managing disclosure exercises and preparing court bundles and reports.
