Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist solicitors with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Prepare, review and amend legal documents and correspondence.
• Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions and Companies House filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes.
• Manage due diligence exercises and review documentation.
• Assist with company formations, restructures and governance matters.
• Support commercial contracts matter, including reviewing and preparing agreements.

Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will assist with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Preparing, reviewing and amending legal documents and correspondence.
• Drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and Companies House filings.
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes.
• Managing due diligence exercises and reviewing documentation.
• Assisting with company formations, restructures and corporate governance matters.
• Supporting commercial contract matters, including reviewing and preparing agreements.
• Liaising with clients, third parties and regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and physical case files.
• Managing key dates, deadlines and administrative tasks to ensure matters progress efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar role within a corporate/commercial law environment.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial legal principles and procedures.
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Law degree, LPC/SQE studies or equivalent legal qualification desirable but not essential.
