Job summary

2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate & Commercial team based in Redhill. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 1–2 years of experience to develop in a supportive and professional environment.

You will work closely with solicitors, assisting with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar in corporate/commercial law.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial principles and procedures.
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.

Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with corporate and commercial transactions.
• Preparing, reviewing and amending legal documents and correspondence.
• Drafting board minutes, shareholder resolutions and Companies House filings.
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes.
• Managing due diligence exercises and reviewing documentation.
• Assisting with formations, restructures and governance matters.
• Supporting commercial contract matters, including reviewing and preparing agreements.
• Liaising with clients, third parties and regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and physical case files.
• Managing key dates, deadlines and administrative tasks.
