The FR Group is seeking a Paralegal – Conveyancing (Residential) for its Blackburn office. The role covers all stages of residential conveyancing, from inception through post-completion, including registrations and filings. The ideal candidate is qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.

Salary ranges from £24,000 to £35,000 with an attractive benefits package and opportunities for progression in a secure, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience from inception to post-completion.
• Experience handling registered and unregistered titles, freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.
• Process freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership cases.
• Manage remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
• Prepare Land Registry applications and related filings.
