Confidential in Essex is seeking a Paralegal - Conveyancing - Residential to support a busy property team. The role covers all stages from inception to post-completion, including freehold/leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Land Registry applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.
• Manage registrations (registered & unregistered) and land registry processes.
• Assist with freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership transactions.
• Assist with remortgages, transfers of equity & help to buy.
