Job summary

Horwich Farrelly in Manchester is seeking a Paralegal for Commercial Debt Litigation to support a busy team in a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

You will review agreements, draft letters, profile debtors, negotiate settlements, and assist with proceedings while ensuring accurate client reporting and efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery, litigation support, or a similar legal environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, organised approach to managing a busy caseload.

About the team

Our Commercial Debt Litigation team handles a diverse caseload of matters ranging from straightforward recoveries to more complex disputes. We work closely with clients to provide clear advice, strategic guidance, and efficient case progression. With access to modern systems, specialist training, and a strong support network, you’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, initiative, and results.
