Our Motor Volume team at DWF provides expertise in Motor Insurance related matters and is currently hiring for a Paralegal.

The Motor Volume team acts for a variety of high-profile insurer companies and defends a wide range of litigated claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents (RTA); as a result of which someone has incurred a loss, including Small Claims, Fast Track, and MOJ Stage 3 cases.
The role represents an opportunity to have responsibility and progress a Motor Insurance (defendant) litigated caseload to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients, whilst ensuring high levels of service delivery and maintaining management information under the terms of the client's service level agreements (SLA's).
We are actively seeking applications from candidates who demonstrate a real interest in Motor Insurance work and have experience in proactively managing a caseload of litigated insurance cases to closure. The ideal candidate will possess the following expertise:
