️ About the Role

The City Recruiter is working on behalf of a well-established law firm in Manchester that’s expanding its Road Traffic Accident (RTA) team due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner to manage a full RTA caseload from inception to conclusion, including litigated matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims
• Issuing claims via the Official Injury Claim and MOJ Portals
• Progressing matters through to trial where necessary
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties
• Drafting legal documents and managing court proceedings
• Negotiating settlements and assessing damages
• Working to individual and team targets

• Previous experience managing RTA claims, including litigated cases
• Confident in handling your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach to your work
