Clyde & Co in Manchester is seeking a Paralegal/Senior Paralegal to join the Volume Motor Team. You will manage a defendant caseload in pre-litigated and litigated matters, handling procedures from issue to trial, drafting pleadings, and valuing damages under JC Guidelines.
The role requires Motor/EL/PL litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to liaise with solicitors, courts, and insurers. A fast-paced environment and adherence to SLAs are expected.
