Ascend Consulting is seeking a Paralegal in London to support conveyancing cases from instruction through to exchange for leasehold and freehold residential properties.

The role requires at least 6 months of conveyancing experience, excellent communication, and strong IT skills to handle client and referrer interactions. You will work closely with a qualified solicitor to ensure efficient, accurate case progression.

This leading conveyancing entrepreneurial business is requiring a Paralegal due to substantial growth. You will be working one-on-one with a qualified solicitor, ensuring that conveyancing transactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner with clients and referrers. You will assist with running cases from instruction through to exchange, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties. This includes building up a strong knowledge of individual cases, obtaining vital information amongst other key responsibilities to progress every case.
