The Role

As a Paralegal within Admiral Law, you will be representing our clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents to bring claims against the defendants. The successful candidate will manage a caseload from commencement to settlement, providing reassurance and empathy to clients during what can be a difficult time.

Your responsibilities will include investigating accident circumstances, obtaining medical evidence, valuing injuries, and gathering all required evidence regarding client losses.

You will advise clients on the best course of action, manage your own caseload using our case management system, and keep clients informed of progress.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively review accident circumstances and relevant case law.
2. Assess and investigate liability.
3. Review medical reports and value injury claims.
4. Review financial losses.
5. Advise clients regarding liability and quantum.
6. Draft court documents.
7. Consider prospects and approach settlements pragmatically.

Skills and Experience

1. Experience handling similar claims is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.
2. Genuine interest in law and willingness to learn new skills.
3. Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to SLAs and deadlines.
