Legal Administration Assistant - Cardiff
Immediate Start | Up to circa £24,000 DOE | Growing City Centre Law Firm
A forward-thinking and expanding Cardiff law firm is seeking a proactive and organised Legal Administration Assistant to join their busy Private Client team. Known for its supportive culture and commitment to staff development, this firm offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector.
The Role:
You will work closely with solicitors and legal professionals across a variety of departments, supporting day-to-day administrative and client-facing tasks such as:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents
  • Filing, photocopying, and digital archiving
  • Booking client appointments and managing diaries
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative duties as needed


This role is ideal for someone with at least 6-12 months experience in a legal or professional office environment, who is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a high standard of client care. The role is based at the firm's central Cardiff office, with occasional travel to local offices if required.
