Qualifications

• Previous experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly

• Able to carry out mechanical assembly and control panel builds
• Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work
• Previous experience with testing electrical panels would be beneficial

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Wireman to join a busy engineering environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience in control panel building, electrical wiring and working from electrical drawings and schematics.

Panel Wireman Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly of control panels and electrical equipment
• Wiring control panels from electrical schematics
• Reading and interpreting electrical and circuit drawings
• Control panel build and assembly
• Crimping and cable preparation
• Using a range of hand and power tools
• Testing and checking completed control panels
• Ensuring work is completed to the required quality and specification

Panel Wireman Ideal Candidate:
