Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Panel Beater/Panel Technician to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Dundee. You will repair panels, bodywork and structural components after accidents, ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

You will work with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers, enjoying an uncapped monthly bonus, up to £24 per hour DOE, and benefits including 23 days leave plus bank holidays and a birthday day off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Panel Beater/Panel Technician.
• Experience in automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• ATA accreditation or NVQ qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle body repairs following road traffic accidents and insurance claims.
• Repair damaged vehicle panels, bodywork and structural components.
• Panel beating, dent removal and reshaping damaged metalwork.
• Replace and fit vehicle panels where required.
• Work alongside MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers and other Bodyshop Technicians.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and repair deadlines.
