HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater for a busy accident repair centre in Mansfield. The role involves carrying out body repairs, replacing panels, and refitting components in a high-volume workshop.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in panel work within a bodyshop, work well independently and as part of a team, and maintain high-quality standards. Excellent earning potential with uncapped bonuses and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and replacement.
• Experience in an accident repair centre or bodyshop.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels.
• Strip and refit vehicle components where required.
• Assess vehicle damage and identify suitable repair methods.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Work with Paint and MET Technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
