Job summary

You will join a busy automotive accident repair centre in Falkirk as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, delivering vehicle body repairs and panel replacement to exacting standards.

Role involves working with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers and fellow Bodyshop staff to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs. ATA/NVQ qualifications are a plus, with potential for long-term career progression within a major UK group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle accident repairs and panel replacement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle body repairs following road traffic accidents and insurance claims.
• Repairing damaged vehicle panels, bodywork and structural components.
• Panel beating, dent removal and reshaping damaged metalwork.
• Replacing, removing and fitting vehicle panels where required.
• Working alongside MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers and other Bodyshop Technicians.
• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
• Working efficiently to meet productivity targets and repair deadlines.

Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician

Location: Falkirk

Salary: Up to £24 per hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join a busy, established automotive accident repair centre in Falkirk.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest vehicle repair groups, offering a consistent workload, excellent earning potential and long-term career opportunities.

The workshop completes over 200 repairs per month, providing a steady flow of accident repair work across cars and light commercial vehicles.

The Role - Panel Beater / Panel Technician

• Carrying out vehicle body repairs following road traffic accidents and insurance claims.
