HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Panel Technician/Panel Beater to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Slough. You will carry out panel repairs and replacements, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£20-£24) with uncapped bonus potential, and a strong pipeline of work. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician
• Strong background in accident repair, crash repair, and vehicle body repair
• Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
• High attention to detail and quality
• ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stagesEnsure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity
