Qualifications
- Apprenticeship or Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair with ongoing development.
- Experience in high-volume accident repair and modern repair techniques.
- Knowledge of aluminium and high-strength steel repairs.
- Understanding of EV/HEV safety procedures and high-voltage work practices.
- Proficiency with digital estimating systems and bodyshop software.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs per MRMs.
- Use modern equipment and tools to ensure precise repairs.
- Interpret digital job cards and repair estimates via workshop systems.
- Ensure repairs meet safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with MET, Paint and VDA teams to optimise productivity and bonuses.
