Job summary

Solus is seeking a skilled Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our frontline repair teams in Leatherhead. You’ll take ownership of structural and non-structural repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to a safe, high‑quality standard.

You’ll work closely with Paint, MET and production crews, following recognised methods and safety standards while maintaining a clean, collaborative workshop environment. Experience in automotive accident repair preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or accident repair environment as a Panel Beater is preferred.
• Confidence working with panels, structures and repair methods.
• Safety‑first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Repair and reshape damaged panels using recognised panel beating techniques.
• Carry out removal, replacement and alignment of vehicle body panels.
• Follow manufacturer methods and repair standards to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Paint, MET and production teams to keep repairs flowing.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and professional standards.
