Job summary

My client is a main car dealership in Chiswick, and they are looking for a Panel Technician to join their team.

Due to growth and expansion across our dealerships in West London and Hertfordshire, we are now recruiting a qualified Panel Technician.

You will join our team of specialists, providing high-quality and efficient vehicle repairs for our customers at our Chiswick dealership, based in West London.

Location: Chiswick

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday mornings if required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair vehicles, including dismantling and reassembling
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to produce high-quality repairs, in line with standards
  • Obtain necessary technical information
  • Attend training to stay updated with the latest technical information
  • Report and record work done, tests carried out, and immediately report any further work required or vehicle faults

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Full Driving Licence is essential
  • Able to work within customer-driven timescales
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • High efficiency; all work must be completed to the required standard first time, every time
