Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) in Reading is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a full-time, permanent role. The position offers a basic salary of £45,000–£50,000+ depending on experience, with an OTE of £55,000+ and a Monday-to-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.

You will work on repairing damaged vehicle bodywork, replacing panels, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards, with an apprenticeship or Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair.
• Experience as a Panel Beater/Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician preferred.
• Able to use body repair tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assessing damage and identifying repairs required.
• Repairing, reshaping and replacing damaged body panels.
• Removing and refitting components to complete repairs.
