AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician in Eastleigh. The role offers a well-paid, permanent position with a structured Monday–Friday pattern and occasional Saturday mornings depending on business needs.

You will carry out body repairs, reshape and replace panels, and work to high standards of workmanship in a professional automotive Bodyshop environment. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician.
• Experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment.
• Strong vehicle body repair and panel repair skills.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs.
• Repair, reshape and replace damaged body panels.
• Strip and fit vehicle components as required.
• Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Work to agreed repair timescales and safety standards.
• Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
