Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Beater/Technician for our Sherburn-in-Elmet site. The role involves repairing and replacing body components to pre-accident condition in high-volume repairs, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards.

You will plan workloads, work under pressure, and contribute to excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will be ATA Qualified or NVQ Level 3, or time served.

Competenze

• ATA Qualified or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferred but time served candidates will be considered.
• High standards with attention to detail and customer focus.

Mansioni

• Repair and replace body components to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125/manufacturer standards using specialist equipment.
• Plan workload to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales.
• Work skilfully and safely under pressure and to manufacturer specifications.
• Work as part of a team or on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible in approach while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
