Job summary

Clear Automotive Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Panel Beater for a busy repair centre in Liverpool. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a strong pipeline of work and excellent annual leave and benefits.

You will repair and replace damaged body panels, perform chassis repairs, welding and finishing to pre-accident condition, following BS10125 standards and manufacturer methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in body shop or accident repair environment.
• ATA, NVQ Level 3, or IMI Level 3 qualifications would be highly advantageous, though experienced candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged body panels in line with manufacturer and repair centre standards.
• Carry out chassis and framework repairs where required.
• Strip and refit vehicle panels and bodywork components.
• Complete panel straightening, dent removal, and filler work.
• Replace panels, including quarter panels.
• Perform welding and bonding repairs to vehicle structures.
• Remove and replace complete body shells when necessary.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to pre-accident condition.
• Work to BS10125 Kitemark standards and manufacturer repair methods.
• Operate jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs are completed without defects.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment, following all health and safety procedures.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a successful repair centre. This site is performing exceptionally well and benefits from a stable, experienced team and a strong pipeline of work.
