Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Solutions Planning Associate Director for Pan Regional across London markets. You will protect and grow revenue, onboard new clients, and ensure best-in-class delivery of Media Solutions across multiple markets.

You will be the primary client contact, educate teams on planning principles, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain pipeline stability and cross-market alignment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in media planning, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on revenue protection and onboarding.
• Experience working across multiple markets, regions or international client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Protect & Grow Revenue: focus on top clients to retain, protect, and grow spend and onboard newly converted clients.
• Manage Client Relationships: support senior leaders and educate teams on planning principles and best practices.
• Educate & Enable: identify cross/up-selling opportunities and ensure value delivery through clear client frameworks.
• Lead & Optimise Team Operations: line manage, mentor, and embed best practices across markets.
• Drive Efficiency: refine workflows and leverage AI/automation where appropriate.
