Job summary

WPP Media seeks a highly organized Solutions Planning, Account Executive to join the UK team. This foundational role supports Account Managers in translating client briefs into clear, actionable plans and coordinating across channels, data, and activation teams.

You will help manage IO bookings, asset coordination, and campaign reporting while embracing AI-enabled tools to improve planning efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of media planning and the modern advertising ecosystem, with interest in data, technology, and media.
• Previous experience in an agency, media, marketing, or account support role is advantageous but not essential.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; comfort learning new platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in responding to client briefs and align requirements across channels.
• Coordinate integrated media solutions across Performance, Data, Content, and Cross-Channel.
• Prepare planning documentation, timelines, and internal briefs for seamless delivery.
• Own the Insertion Order bookings and campaign asset setup.
• Track campaign metrics and assist post-campaign reporting.
