Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of the multidisciplinary team under Ward Manager.
• Organise and coordinate nursing services in the absence of senior staff, maintaining high clinical standards.
• Model compassionate, inclusive leadership to foster a collective leadership culture within the Trust.
