Zusammenfassung

Sue Ryder invites applications for a Specialty Doctor to join our established palliative care team in the South East Community Team. You will perform patient reviews, triage referrals, conduct community visits and support advice services as part of a multidisciplinary group at Duchess of Kent Hospice.

We expect a motivated doctor with a keen interest in palliative medicine, capable of managing complex patients, collaborating across teams, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Full GMC registration.
• Completed core / internal medical training, or GP training.
• 2 years NHS experience.
• Active involvement in audit and understanding of clinical governance.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
• Education expertise and experience.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills, and caring attitude to patients.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Join the South East Community Team with a mix of clinical duties including patient review, triage of referrals and community visits.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist palliative care, contribute to teaching and supervision, and participate in on-call rota at Duchess of Kent Hospice.
• Be flexible to support different areas of the service based on clinical need.
